I thank God for my husband Ignacio for all his hard work on this project! The man is incredible! I couldn't have done this without him! It took us a total of 27 hours to complete this project between Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We made three flavors of cupcakes: Lemon Chiffon, Fudge with Hazelnut filling, and Vanilla Bean with Dulce de Leche filling. We also made white chocolate truffles filled with caramel. People would come up to me and tell me how good they were (thank God!), Brownie Pecan bites and Tropical milk chocolate and coconut bites that people couldn't just have one! I ran out of my business cards that evening! I thank FCFC for the opportunity they gave me to not only make these desserts for them, but for allowing me to network with other people.
