Ni Hao Kai Lan Cake

This was such a fun cake to do!  I must say that the design is not original.  the client showed me a picture of a cake someone made and I replicated it with some modification.  Since I don't have small kids any more, I really didn't who the character Ni Hao Kai Lan was, but soon found out.  The cake is a marble loaf with cookies and cream buttercream.  Delicious!!!!
