Spiderman Cake 2

I've done this cake quite a few times already, but changed it a bit because it was a smaller cake.  It was a 10x3 cake.  Flavor Leelee's vanilla specialty. I forgot to put the spider on the back before taking the picture.  Everything in this cake is edible.  The client loved it.

Graduation Cake

Thought the week would be slower, but it isn't going to be.  Am I complaining? Of course not, it is a blessing to always have the opportunity to create beautiful things that make people happy!  It is the end of the school year and all these seniors are done and I am making grad cakes and sweets like crazy. This cake is for A St Brendan Grad.  Flavor is Leelee's red velvet with cream cheese buttercream.

Owl Cupcakes and Cookies

These were made for an owl themed baby shower.  Colors were grey, yellow, green and white.  Had a blast making them.  They were red velvet, vanilla and chocolate with vanilla bean butter cream and creamcheese buttercream for the RV.  I also made butter cookies.  Thanks for looking!

Carnival Cake and Dessert Table Elements

This was such a pretty baby shower! The theme was vintage Carnival.  The client wanted a simple cake depicting the theme.  The flavor was Leelee's red velvet and creamcheese buttercream!  A hit!  It was all gone!  I made brownie/chocolate ganache cake pops. Some of the elements of this event:

Girlie Graduation Cake

This was a very busy week for me.  I had several orders and a hectic Thursday and Friday, but I was able to manage doing everything with excellence.  This cake was for a client that wanted a beautiful cake for her graduation in law, but wanted it to look elegant and girlie.  I think it came out beautiful and so did she!

Little Monster Dessert Table Elements

This is the most beautiful kids party I have ever had to make things for.  This client really knows what she wants.  Her eye for detail, color, and decor "takes the cake".  I was extremely impressed.  Her party should be showcased in a magazine or party blog!  I had the privilege of making most of her dessert table elements.

Spring Cookie Bouquet

This bouquet screams out Spring in a very "sweet" way!  I thought it was a great idea to pair the cookies up with delicious red velvet and cream cheese buttercream icing pops covered in white chocolate that I tinted in lavender. I also added little flowers to the pops to make them look good with the rest of the cookies.  This is a great bouquet, for your sweetheart on Valetine's, Mother's Day or just because!  I also made some simple red velvet balls that are great for any dessert table or to give as a gift as well.

Tangled Cake and cookies

I made this cake for two precious little girls.  When the mom told me that the party was Tangled I got extremely happy because I knew exactly what I would do. This was a pretty large cake.  It is made out of marble loaf and rice cereal treats with vanilla bean frosting and covered with MMF. The middle support of the tower is a one inch dowel rod, 18 inches long that I covered with rice cereal treats, made by me (the store bought ones are a bit too soft for construction).  The rest is all cake.  I tried staying true to the colors of the invitations.  I know that next time I make this cake again, it will have even more details because I already have the experience.  This cake was so tall that it almost didn't fit in the car.  We had to pull out the peak of the tower, but that wasn't a problem because the customer only had to put it back again once at the venue.  I made cookies in the shape of crowns too. When the customer picked it up, she elated!  Yey!  I love happy customers!

Tinker Bell Cake and Cupcakes

This cake is completely edible. Tinkerbell is made out of gumpaste and I think she came out pretty good. The cake is a marble loaf with vanilla bean buttercream inside and covered with MMF.  Thank for looking!

Ladybug Cookies

These are vanilla butter cookies that I made for a client that wanted nice looking ladybug cookies for a shower.  She was happy and so was I.  They were placed in cellophane bags tied with a pretty red ribbon. Super cute!  I love ladybugs!  I think they are the only bugs don't freak me out! lol!

Beauty Salon Girl Cake

This cake was made for a redhead that loves to be pampered at the beauty salon.  The cake is  Leelee's vanilla specialty flavor.   The lady and all of the elements are edible.  Did I mention I had a blast making this cake?  I did! I am attaching many pictures for you to appreciate the details.
