Mickey's Playhouse Cake

Yet another Playhouse cake!  This was for a birthday party for a 2 year old.  This cake was my super duper moist red velvet flavor filled with my yummy creamcheese buttercream.  Yum! I absolutely loved the client.  She wants me to teach her and I think I will.  No one taught me, nor did I have a mentor that I learned from.  That would have been a really wonderful thing.  If that were the case, I would be forever grateful, but I learned through trial and error, and honestly, that is how I pretty much work.  So far so good and the clients are not complaining.  Thanks for looking!

Martini Glass 3

I have made this cake so many times that I can truly make it with my eyes closed.  The only reason I decided to post it was because this one's a bit different.  The client brought me a "Lolita" martini glass that he wanted me to use and for his wife to keep.  This cake was larger than the others I have made in the past.  It's a 14x14x3 cake.  The flavor was Leelee's vanilla specialty cake with vanilla bean icing filling.  covered in MMF.  I absolutely loved the client's expression when he picked it up.  He said it looked even better than the picture on my site.  He also said that they do many events and that he is a policeman, and that from that moment on, they would hire me for all their parties.  I try my hardest to create clean, impeccable work for my clients. I can truly say I am my worst critic.  I will never be 100% satisfied with my work, but if the client is, that is what matters most. I am grateful to God for my work ethics which is why I believe that my clients come back again and again and highly recommend me to their friends, family and peers.  I truly love what I do!!!

Baby elephant Cake

This was so much fun to do! I have to thank my friend Griz for always getting me customers that love cakes that, well, don't really look like cakes. This cake was carved out of a vanilla pound cake with vanilla bean buttercream covered with MMF tinted in a blue grey color.  He is completely edible.  Thanks for looking!

Train Baby Shower Cake 2 and Cookies

I had created this cake before, but smaller.  the train is made of RTK and the cake's flavor is Leelee's moist vanilla Specialty covered in vanilla bean flavor Marshmallow Fondant and it feeds 50 people or more, depending on how you cut it.  I also made 50 onesies butter cookies for this shower as well.
