Speech Language Pathology Cake
This was an interesting cake to do. The client graduated with a Master degree in S.L.P. and wanted a fun cake that depicted this. Yeah, If you don't know what it is for, it seems a bit strange. She wanted it to look glittery and feminine just like her. I also made lips and ear cookies for her. When I delivered the cake she was arriving as well to her party and she was thrilled. The flavor was Leelee's specialty vanilla with dulce de leche filling, covered in vanilla bean buttercream and fondant. The cookies are vanilla flavored.

Hello Kitty Cookies
These are also elements I made on the weekend. Vanilla butter cookies 3 inches in diameter more or less. I think they look adorable! Great to give out as favors at any girlie party! Thanks for looking!
Corset Cake
Vavavoom!!! This cake is great for many occasions. I actually made it for a birthday, but it also works for a bridal shower or a bachelorette party as well. The flavor is all vanilla with vanilla bean buttercream covered in MMF. The mother of the birthday girl (an old friend of mine) loved how it turned out. Yey! Another happy client!
Cuban Themed Cake
I loved making this cake! The client wanted to surprise her husband for his birthday. She also sent me a picture to give me an idea of what she wanted. The flavor is marble sponge with chocolate ganache, covered with MMF. All the elements of this cake are edible. Huge 14x14 square and the smaller square is a 10x10 square.
Mickey's Playhouse (another one)
This has been a very hectic and crazy week. I had three big cake orders plus Hello Kitty cookies. At one point I thought I had bitten more than I could chew, but realized that I had the time. It was just a matter of organizing myself and not letting myself get overwhelmed (it also helped that the hubby assisted me all the way). This cake was for a returning customer. She sent me a picture of what she wanted (this design is not mine). I changed a couple of things not to copy it 100%. I was very happy with how it turned out. When the customer picked it up she was super happy. The flavors are alternating tiers of red velvet with creamcheese frosting and Leelee's specialty rum cake. All covered in MMF. All the elements on the cake are edible. Huge cake!

Mickey's Playhouse Cake
Yet another Playhouse cake! This was for a birthday party for a 2 year old. This cake was my super duper moist red velvet flavor filled with my yummy creamcheese buttercream. Yum! I absolutely loved the client. She wants me to teach her and I think I will. No one taught me, nor did I have a mentor that I learned from. That would have been a really wonderful thing. If that were the case, I would be forever grateful, but I learned through trial and error, and honestly, that is how I pretty much work. So far so good and the clients are not complaining. Thanks for looking!
Martini Glass 3
I have made this cake so many times that I can truly make it with my eyes closed. The only reason I decided to post it was because this one's a bit different. The client brought me a "Lolita" martini glass that he wanted me to use and for his wife to keep. This cake was larger than the others I have made in the past. It's a 14x14x3 cake. The flavor was Leelee's vanilla specialty cake with vanilla bean icing filling. covered in MMF. I absolutely loved the client's expression when he picked it up. He said it looked even better than the picture on my site. He also said that they do many events and that he is a policeman, and that from that moment on, they would hire me for all their parties. I try my hardest to create clean, impeccable work for my clients. I can truly say I am my worst critic. I will never be 100% satisfied with my work, but if the client is, that is what matters most. I am grateful to God for my work ethics which is why I believe that my clients come back again and again and highly recommend me to their friends, family and peers. I truly love what I do!!!

Baby elephant Cake
This was so much fun to do! I have to thank my friend Griz for always getting me customers that love cakes that, well, don't really look like cakes. This cake was carved out of a vanilla pound cake with vanilla bean buttercream covered with MMF tinted in a blue grey color. He is completely edible. Thanks for looking!

Hibiscus Flower Cupcake
I made these cupcakes for a returning customer that I appreciate greatly. She is truly a fan of my work. I met her about a year ago that she ordered a cupcake tower for her 25th birthday. She knew exactly what she wanted and I was so happy to please her. She contacted me again because now she was having her bridal shower and her theme was Hawaiian. She showed me her invitation and it had a pink hibiscus flower. She wanted something around those lines or maybe sandals, or something depicting Hawaii. She told me she trusted me fully. So I decided since it was a bridal shower, to go with the flowers. I think they came out great and they are only made out of MMF mixed with a bit of tylose. I liked how they came out, but my client was even more impressed. She said: "I thought they would be a small little flat flower!" I also made cake pops for her and chhocolate covered Oreo cookies in her colors, lime green, hot pink and orange. The cupcake flavor was red Leelee's moist red velvet recipe with my specialty cream cheese frosting!

Single flower Cake
This cake was made for a cupcake tower for a wedding. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the cupcakes. Hopefully the bride did, and later on I can get pictures of them. This was a yummy Leelee's red velvet cake (It has become a hit, super moist recipe) with my secret creamcheese buttercream filling. The cake was coated with the creamcheese buttercream and then covered with ivory Marshmallow Fondant. Delish! The flower was white with a darker ivory center. The bride loved a three tiered wedding cake I had made for a friend.

Beach/luau Cake
This was a big buttercream sheet cake. I really don't love making sheet cakes. I find them to be blah, unless you really do things to them that give them some dimension. Really, they're just a cake. I rarely get to work with buttercream, but every once in a while a client wants a buttercream cake. Well, I must say that I enjoyed tinting the buttercream and giving the water a bit of dimension. Used some fondant to make the sun and the palm trees. All in all, I was pleased with how it came out. Not so blah after all!

Spiderman Cake 2
I've done this cake quite a few times already, but changed it a bit because it was a smaller cake. It was a 10x3 cake. Flavor Leelee's vanilla specialty. I forgot to put the spider on the back before taking the picture. Everything in this cake is edible. The client loved it.

Graduation Cake
Thought the week would be slower, but it isn't going to be. Am I complaining? Of course not, it is a blessing to always have the opportunity to create beautiful things that make people happy! It is the end of the school year and all these seniors are done and I am making grad cakes and sweets like crazy. This cake is for A St Brendan Grad. Flavor is Leelee's red velvet with cream cheese buttercream.

Owl Cupcakes and Cookies
These were made for an owl themed baby shower. Colors were grey, yellow, green and white. Had a blast making them. They were red velvet, vanilla and chocolate with vanilla bean butter cream and creamcheese buttercream for the RV. I also made butter cookies. Thanks for looking!
Carnival Cake and Dessert Table Elements
This was such a pretty baby shower! The theme was vintage Carnival. The client wanted a simple cake depicting the theme. The flavor was Leelee's red velvet and creamcheese buttercream! A hit! It was all gone! I made brownie/chocolate ganache cake pops. Some of the elements of this event:
Girlie Graduation Cake
This was a very busy week for me. I had several orders and a hectic Thursday and Friday, but I was able to manage doing everything with excellence. This cake was for a client that wanted a beautiful cake for her graduation in law, but wanted it to look elegant and girlie. I think it came out beautiful and so did she!

Little Monster Dessert Table Elements
This is the most beautiful kids party I have ever had to make things for. This client really knows what she wants. Her eye for detail, color, and decor "takes the cake". I was extremely impressed. Her party should be showcased in a magazine or party blog! I had the privilege of making most of her dessert table elements.
