Spring Cookie Bouquet
This bouquet screams out Spring in a very "sweet" way! I thought it was a great idea to pair the cookies up with delicious red velvet and cream cheese buttercream icing pops covered in white chocolate that I tinted in lavender. I also added little flowers to the pops to make them look good with the rest of the cookies. This is a great bouquet, for your sweetheart on Valetine's, Mother's Day or just because! I also made some simple red velvet balls that are great for any dessert table or to give as a gift as well.

Tangled Cake and cookies
I made this cake for two precious little girls. When the mom told me that the party was Tangled I got extremely happy because I knew exactly what I would do. This was a pretty large cake. It is made out of marble loaf and rice cereal treats with vanilla bean frosting and covered with MMF. The middle support of the tower is a one inch dowel rod, 18 inches long that I covered with rice cereal treats, made by me (the store bought ones are a bit too soft for construction). The rest is all cake. I tried staying true to the colors of the invitations. I know that next time I make this cake again, it will have even more details because I already have the experience. This cake was so tall that it almost didn't fit in the car. We had to pull out the peak of the tower, but that wasn't a problem because the customer only had to put it back again once at the venue. I made cookies in the shape of crowns too. When the customer picked it up, she elated! Yey! I love happy customers!

Tinker Bell Cake and Cupcakes
This cake is completely edible. Tinkerbell is made out of gumpaste and I think she came out pretty good. The cake is a marble loaf with vanilla bean buttercream inside and covered with MMF. Thank for looking!
Ladybug Cookies
These are vanilla butter cookies that I made for a client that wanted nice looking ladybug cookies for a shower. She was happy and so was I. They were placed in cellophane bags tied with a pretty red ribbon. Super cute! I love ladybugs! I think they are the only bugs don't freak me out! lol!
